Cancellation 

Once your order is placed, it basically is not possible to cancel anymore. Your order will immediately be directed to our fulfilment center.

Returns

Our customers have 14 days to exchange or return their order. If you ordered the wrong quantity and want to adjust - please inform us: info@drinkafterkar.com.

In these 14 days after receiving your order you can also apply for a refund:

• Products must be unused/undamaged
• Products must be in the original packaging
• Inform us within 14 days after receiving your order via info@drinkafterkar.com

Notice that you are responsible for shipping the products back to us. You are free to choose the shipping company that handles your return. Make sure for good and save packaging to prevent any damage. Shipping fees on returns are not reimbursed. If the returned goods comply with our terms we will make sure you receive your money back within 5 working days.
